Ski Power Service

From the moment you arrive you will experience the luxury and professionalism that depicts Ski Power from our competition.  We aim to provide you with a warm and relaxing atmosphere run in a professional manner allowing you to relax and enjoy every aspect of your holiday.

Upon arrival afternoon tea is served giving you the opportunity to meet with your chalet hosts and discuss any items and requirements that you may have.  Equipment hire, ski lessons and ski passes can all be arranged from the chalet keeping you away from the Saturday queues in the hire shops and lift stations.

Our staff are on hand throughout your stay to assist you in every aspect.  Our chalet staff live in the resort and have a wealth of information on local places to visit for example on their night off you can ask them for advice on where to eat and to reserve tables for you.

Premier Service

Our premier service chalets offer the very best cuisine and facilities.  These chalets are slightly larger than your average chalet and have enhanced facilities, eg Jacuzzi en-suite bathrooms.  These chalets benefit from a higher standard of furnishing and equipment levels such as games rooms and satellite tv.

The catering is of the highest standard with chef prepared five course meals, pre dinner canapes and wines imported from our own vineyard.            

Mid week towel changes are offered and you can expect those little extra touches around the chalet that make your holiday a little more special.

Diamond Service

Our Diamond service chalets are only very slightly below the premier service offerings and represent the very best of chalet holidays in La Tania.  Room sizes are still good and all will have en-suite facilities.  Furnishings and equipment levels are to a high standard, however you are unlikely to find the extra touches such as satellite tv and games rooms.

The catering offered is identical to that under our premier service.

Classic Service

Our classic chalets present fantastic value for money.  These chalets have an identical catering service and still benefit from the same fine wines and in resort services.  The only true difference is that chalets will be of a slightly lower grade than our Diamond Service chalets, and you may find that the number of bathrooms is one short of being an en-suite to every room.

General Standards

In all instances our clients benefit from the knowledge of our in resort staff and our resort manager who will be able to deal with any queries you may have.  Breakfast and Afternoon Tea are provided on 7 days a week although on one day you will be asked to help yourself as our staff are given a well deserved day off.  On one night each week you are asked to make your own dinner arrangements (our staff will assist with reservations etc) .

You can expect your chalet to be clean and tidy and ready for occupancy from 3pm on the day of your arrival.  If you do have any concerns about any aspect of cleanliness, or any other matter, we do ask you to immediately inform our staff.  That way we can immediately rectify the matter and you will enjoy your holiday far more.
