Hi. Yes we have all your details and no further confirmation is required. Our online booking system automatically sends all details to the hotel the moment you book.

I hope you have a great holiday

Hi all at the Gellinotte, we are coming to stay on the 6th february(mine and my twin sisters birthday) and as we are driving over from the UK were wondering if there is anything we can bring for the chalet or the staff as we have room in the car? Really looking forward to our week... Emma Whitfield and company.

Hi Emma,

Thanks Emma; thats a really nice offer but I think we have everything we need at the moment. We'll look forward to meeting you tomorrow. Happy Birthday!!

PS, we are expecting heavy snow in the next 24 hours so if you want any advice on resort driving conditions tomorrow, you can get hold of Fraser on 0645959129.

Craig,

I am booked in with you on 6th March (group of 6).
Can you tell me if there is WiFi internet access in the hotel and if there is a cost for this.
Also please let me know if the Chalet staff would like me to bring anyhting over with me next Saturday.
Regards
Gareth

Hi Gareth.

Access to thw Wifi in the hotel is free of charge. It is not a strong enough signal to be available in every bedroom, but in the vacinity of reception free access is available.

Thanks for the offer re the staff, I will ask Henry and his team if there is anything they would like.

Hi
We are flying to Val d'Isere, staying at Hotel Gelinotte - can you tell me how long the coach transfer takes and if we should expect dinner to be served for us on arrival at the hotel, bearing in mind we'll probably be delayed and the coach trip will take around 3 hours at least.

Regards
Vicki and Per
