Craig, correct me if I'm wrong please.
If I want a glass of wine, any time of the day in my chalet I can have it?

Hi

Yes - you can help yourself to a glass of wine in the day in any of our chalets ! we do not restrict it to meal times like lots of other chalets!

Regards
Pip

We all live in an age where we are used to drinking proper coffee at Costa or Starbucks etc. It was therefore extremely disappointing that all Skipower offered at our chalet hotel, Gelinotte, in Val D'Isere, was instant coffee. There is no comparison between instant and proper filter coffee and consequently I went without coffee at the hotel all week. Apparently this is a common complaint amongst both paying guests and staff and yet I am told the management won't reconsider their choice of coffee provision. As breakfasts are pretty basic anyway (even a cooked breakfast which costs extra consists of low quality ingredients - cheap sausages etc) I think providing filter coffee would go some way to improve the breakfast experience for the guests. Breakfast is arguably the most important meal of the day during a ski holiday so I would urge Skipower to reconsider their position on coffee.
