Hi,

I've noticed that your exchange rate is still at 1.12 Euro/ GBP which is rather out of date. This means that to buy a ski pass through you is £218 whereas buying direct ourselves would be about £205. Of course if we buy direct you change a £15 fee!

Will you be updating your exchange rate to reflect the current reality.

Many Thanks
Nik

Hi Nik

As advertised on our website we hold our exchange rate approximately in line with HSBC tourist rate - At todays date this is Euros 1.124940

You refer to the £15 as a fee? for not purchasing the pass. This is not a fee.
To explain in more detail...Your holiday price was discounted up front by £30pp
Basically we combine commission income that we get in for equipment hire and lift passes sales for each person, with the price paid for the holiday, which together gives us the income we need for the holiday ! So in effect the holiday price is less than most tour operators as we use the commission income that we get, to subsidise the holiday, which we think is fair ! .. Lift passes are at the same euro rate as the lift pass office (but you avoid queing as we have these ready and waiting for you in the chalet on arrival!) we do not mark these up like many tour ops and equipment hire is also discounted - so savings to be made here.

I hope this explains.
