My group would like to travel by the Eurostar to Moutiers and have 8 days of skiing rather than 6 by arriving on Saturday morning and leaving on Saturday night. We've got 6 places held in Chalet Pascal on the week starting 8th Jan, but will only take it if this is OK. We'd like to get access to the boot room on the morning of Saturday 8th sand ideally access to a shower on Saturday 15th. Is this something you can accommodate? Are you able to arrange transfers from Moutiers?

That shpuld be fine.. guests can access the chalets from 08.30 and drop bags etc and get changed although you will not be able to access the main chalet as cleaning will be in progress and the guests may still be in the chalet.. Regarding showers - it depends on the arrivale time of the guests - so you will need to discuss with your chalet host in resort.
Unfortunately we can confirm if we are able to do the transfers from Moutiers until closer to the time. Please can you contact us 1 week prior to departure.

Sounds good. Can you confirm that we can buy 8 day ski passes through you and collect them at 08.30 on Saturday morning (I know you charge £15 extra if we don't book this with you). Can you also confirm that we can book 8-day ski hire through you and collect the kit from the shop on Saturday morning? I've found a place to book the transfers separately, so that's less of an issue.

Yes that is fine you can pre book 8 day passes & ski hire.. simply log into your booking on line and select equipment hire and passes and set the start date on the saturday and duration 8 days. The passes will be ready and waiting in the chalet and we can arrange the equipment hire in the morning - woudl be useful if you can let us know your ETa so we can advise the ski hire people. There will also be a contact number for the resort manager so you can call when you are approx an half a hr away and we will have you fitted and ready to go !
