Can you provide an early meal time for children?

We provide flexible meal times for both adults and children.  If your children want an earlier tea then we are happy to organise this with you upon your arrival, equaly if you have any special catering needs for your children we will do our best to accommodate this and it is far easier if we know in advance, just e-mail us with your needs.  Adult meal times are from 7-30pm to 8-00pm with pre dinner canapes served approximately half an hour before.

Do you provide Towels?

Yes we do.  Every guest is provided with two towels for the week, one hand towel and one bath towel and guests in our Premier chalets receive a mid week towel change and bath sheets

Do you provide Hair dryers?

No we don't.  Unfortunately experience has proven that guests have a habit of walking off with our hairdryers.

Are there Laundry facilities in the chalet?

Yes, most Ski Power chalets have both a washing machine and tumble dryer which are available for clients use free of charge. Chalet Baikal has a washing machine only and Chalet Topaz is presently not equipped with washing facilities bit we hope to rectify this at some stage before the season.

Where are the nearest airports and how long is the transfer?

The nearest airports are Chambery, Geneva, Grenoble, Lyon (St Expury), Lyon (St Etienne) in that order.  Depending upon traffic, transfer times are approximately 55mins, 2 hours, 2 hours 15 mins, 2 hour 45 mins and 3 hours respectively.
