From the moment you arrive you will experience the service and attention to detail that defines
Ski Power. We aim to provide you with a warm and relaxing atmosphere run in a professional
manner allowing you to fully enjoy every aspect of your holiday.
You can expect your chosen property, ski chalet or hotel, to be fresh, clean, tidy and ready for occupancy from 3pm on the day of your arrival. When you arrive afternoon tea is served giving you the opportunity to meet with your chalet hosts and discuss any individual requirements that you may have. If you haven't prebooked equipment hire, ski lessons and ski passes these can all be arranged from the comfort of your chalet or hotel. However, your holiday price includes a conditional discount for prebooking your ski pass and equipment hire (or ski carriage) through Ski Power so we strongly recommend prebooking to avoid loosing this conditional discount.
We have 3 standards of service:
The difference between our chalet grades is the quality of the building, not the service you receive. Whatever standard of chalet you stay in with Ski Power you can expect the same level of high service.
Our classic chalets and hotels represent fantastic value for money. All are well furnished and maintained to a comfortable standard to ensure you can relax after a fun days skiing. Bedrooms are either twin or double with the opportunity to add a 3rd bed in some instances for family groups. Some of our properties have family rooms specifically designed for family groups. Most of our chalets and hotels have ensuite bath or shower rooms. See each individual chalet description for specific details of what is included.
Catering is Ski Power's speciality. All of our ski chalets and hotels benefit from the same very high standards of food and wine and all food is freshly prepared on the premises. After early evening canapes, a tempting variety of fine starters and beautifully prepared main courses will be served followed by the dessert of the day. To finish there is a cheese board, and finally coffee with mints. Yes, that is a total of 6 courses. Whilst we provide a fixed menu each day, we do cater for all dietry requirements and pride ourselves on looking after children, again with fresh food prepared by our chefs for high tea. All Chalets (not hotels) have unlimited high quality wines.
Please note that all drinks are charged for in our hotels. Wine is only free of charge in our chalet selection.
Our Diamond Chalets represent excellent high quality chalet holidays in beautiful surroundings. Bedrooms are all well furnished with traditional savoie furniture, sizes are good and all have private or en-suite facilities. You can expect Diamond Chalets to be of a higher quality to Classic Chalets and hotels. See each individual chalet description for specific details of what is included.
General furnishings and equipment levels are to a high standard for your comfort. You will enjoy meals freshly prepared by your chef consisting of pre-dinner canapes and a truely high quality six course meal with our choice of unlimited fine wines (chalets only). There are options to select from our upgraded wine lists should you choose (supplement applies). Please note that all drinks are charged for in our hotels. Wine is only free of charge in our chalet selection.
Ski Power staff are always on hand, if not in the chalet then at the end of a phone line, to make your stay as enjoyable and stress-free as possible!
Our premier service chalets offer the very best cuisine and facilities. These chalets are slightly larger than your average chalet and have enhanced facilities such as jacuzzi en-suite bathrooms for a soothing soak after a day on the slopes, Hot Tubs or Saunas. These chalets benefit from a higher standard of furnishing and include enhanced entertainment and equipment facilities such as games rooms and satellite tv. Please check individual chalet descriptions for exactly what is provided in each chalet.
The catering is of the highest standard with pre-dinner canapes and chef-prepared speciality, six course meals, accompanied by wines imported from our own vineyard, served on beautiful white linen covered tables.
Premier service chalets come with enhanced Premier linen and Premier toiletries. Towels are refreshed mid week and where there is a Hot Tub or Sauna, extra towels are offered, plus you can expect those little extra touches around the chalet that make your holiday special.

Our staff are on hand throughout your stay to assist you in every aspect of your holiday. Our chalet staff live in the resort and have a wealth of information to offer about the locality. They will be happy to recommend restaurants and make reservations on your behalf. Our resort managers are available to deal with any further queries you may have. We aim to make your stay as relaxing and enjoyable as possible so any concerns you may have will be addressed promptly and efficiently.
The bedrooms in all of our chalets are designed for the number of guests stated, if you elect to put an extra z-bed in your bedroom as a cheaper option of bringing an extra guest then the room will be very very tight indeed and feel overoccupied with little or in some instances no room at all around the beds.

- Afternoon Tea on 7 days a week consisting of french bread and home baked cakes and preserves.

- On one night each week you are asked to make your own dinner arrangements
