


| Resort Manager |
| A Resort Manager for Ski Power is entirely responsible for all matteres relating to the resort. You will be expected to handle all matters with the highest professionalism and maturity. From staff management and motivation to budget control, visiting clients and ensuring top quality service delivery to handling client complaints. All Resort Managers will also be given one area of responsibility outside of their resort giving exposure to other fundamental areas of the business. Full support will be given at all times by our Alpine Manager. You will be an experienced manager and fluent French skills would be a distinct advantage. You will be IT literate and comfortable with using any form of computer based system. We are looking for the very best managers available and our pay package is appropriately aligned. |
| Hotel Manager |
| A Hotel Manager for Ski Power is entirely responsible for all matters relating to a specific Hotel. You will be expected to handle all matters with the highest professionalism and maturity. From staff management and motivation to budget control, from ensuring top quality service delivery to handling client complaints. Full support will be given at all times from the Resort manager for your resort. You will be an experienced manager and fluent French language skills would be a distinct advantage. You will be IT literate and comfortable using any form of computer based systems. We are looking for the very best managers available and our pay package is appropriately aligned. |
| Chef |
| A chef with Ski Power is expected to have extensive kitchen experience and importantly be comfortable with being completely responsible for the budget of a kitchen. You will produce food to the very highest standards both visually and with exquisite taste. Whilst Ski Power operate a standard menu we do expect our chefs to demonstrate flair and talent in the kitchen, adding their own panache to the menu. In smaller properties a Chef will also be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service is provided to our clients. We are looking for the very best in the industry and our pay package is aligned appropriately. |
| Chalet/Hotel Rep |
| A Chalet or Hotel Rep with Ski Power is responsible for the cleanliness of the property they are assigned to, along with ensuring excellent customer service. Ski Power believe that there is no such thing as a straight forward 'No' response to a client question. Anything is possible there will simply be a cost to the client for providing them what they want. We expect to be able to provide for the vast majority of our clients needs. As a result, you will be somebody with high motivation and dedicated to customer service of the very highest levels. Your goals in life will be to please and serve people to the very best of your ability, and you will get personal satisfaction from creating happy and content clients. |
| Hotel Bar Rep |
| A Hotel Bar Rep has exactly the same responsibilities as a Hotel Rep, with the additional responsibilities of being exclusively responsible for the bar. A Hotel Bar Rep will be responsible for maximising sales revenues in the bar including serving and upselling wines at the table in the restaurant, running bar promotions, creating theme nights etc. A Hotel Bar Rep receives additional remuneration directly related to the turnover of the Bar they are responsible for. |
| Driver/Ski Host |
| A Ski Power Driver / Ski Host has three primary functions. The first which takes priority is driving of Ski Power vehicles. If a driving job is required then this would be performed before other jobs. Primary driving is a schedule of Minibus Transfers or Shuttle Transfers every Saturday. Due to insurance restrictions you must be a minimum of 27 years of age to undertake this position. You must be a confident driver and candidates with a PSV licence will be given preference over other candidates. You should have a full clean UK or Internationally valid driving licence, valid for driving on the roads of France and Switzerland. During the week your role will change to a Ski Host. You will be expected to have a high Skiing / Boarding skill level and local knowledge of the pistes would be an advantage. Full Mountain awareness training is provided pre-season. At other times you will be asked to assist with basic maintenance tasks. |
| Maintenance |
| You will have extensive General DIY experience and be able to undertake Electric, Plumbing, Carpentry and General Decorating tasks to a very high standard. You should have extensive experience in at least one of the above areas to a professional standard. At many times you will be customer facing whilst working, so a calm temprament and professional attitude is essential. You should be able to react to issues immediately as emergencies can and do happen and our clients rightly expect prompt responses to maintenance issues. |
| Laundry |
| We require a number of staff to work in our dedicated laundry facility. The linen on our beds and our towels form an integral part of the first impressions of the company and these roles hold a high level of importance as a result. The work is hard and manual but requires a professional attitude with an eye for detail. Experience of commercial laundry machinery would be a distinct advantage. This role would suit a group of three friends or a family of three dedicated people. This role is not based in the mountains but in the villages directly below (approx 20 mins from Courchevel) A vehicle will be provided to ensure that you can reach the slopes during your free time. |
| Creche Manager |
| Our Creche manager is responsible for all aspects of the Creche, including the staff management and motivation, liason with mothers and fathers and Complete responsibility for the wellbeing of children in our care. You are expected to come with extensive management experience in a nursery or creche environment with appropriate professional qualifications. |
| Nanny |
| We are looking for experienced and NNEB (or equivalent) qualified nannies to care for and look after children of all ages of clients whilst they are skiing. We will expect evidence of experience in looking after children and references and police checks will be undertaken. You can expect to be working with children on six days each week, however when we have no children in resort you will be expected to assist in the chalets as necessary. |
